Synopsis

From humble beginnings in Nutbush, Tennessee, to her triumphant transformation against all odds into the global Queen of Rock ‘n’ Roll, Tina Turner didn’t just break the rules, she rewrote them.

Set to the pulse-pounding soundtrack of her much-loved hits, TINA – The Tina Turner Musical is written by Olivier Award and Pulitzer prize-winning playwright Katori Hall and directed by the internationally acclaimed Phyllida Lloyd.

Presented in association with Tina Turner herself, TINA is an exhilarating celebration of the artist you know and love. One of the world’s best-selling artists of all time, Tina Turner has won 12 Grammy Awards and her live shows have been seen by millions, selling more concert tickets than any other solo performer in music history.

Future performances will be added at a later date. 

The producers cannot guarantee the appearance of any particular artist at any performance, as this is subject to a variety of factors including illness, holidays, or events beyond the producers’ control. No refunds or exchanges will be offered as a result of an artist’s unavailability to perform at any performance.

Photography, video and sound recordings of any kind are strictly prohibited during the performance.

All tickets include a £1.70 restoration levy, which goes towards maintaining and restoring our beautiful building.

Opening Times

Bars and facilities open 45 minutes before the performance, with the auditorium normally opening 30 minutes before the show begins.

Please allow extra time before the show for security checks on entry. Performances will start promptly. Anyone who is not seated when the show starts will need to wait until a suitable point in the performance.

In January 2011 Karis joined the girl band Stooshe and after a year in development they broke on to the UK music scene with the release of their first pop single, Love Me, featuring American rapper Travie McCoy. Stooshe achieved rapid success with their monster song, ‘Black Heart’ spending over 16 weeks in the Official UK Charts peaking at number 2 and receiving a nomination for “Best British single” at the 2013 Brit Awards, up against some of the biggest names in the industry such as Adele.

They went on to tour with female super houses such as J-Lo and Nicki Minaj and made various TV appearances including The Jonathon Ross show & Top of the Pops.

Karis is delighted & humbled to be taking on the role of Tina in the West End. She would like to thank her wonderful partner, parents & agents Keddie Scott Associates for the continued love and support.

Fleur is a multitalented actor, presenter, singer, dancer, writer and fitness expert. Most recently, she has appeared as a series regular in the BBC drama Phoenix Rise, a role she filmed while also presenting Strictly Come Dancing: It Takes Two. Her screen credits also include a three-episode arc in the Emmy-winning Ted Lasso and the feature film Tomorrow Morning.Fleur rose to fame as a singer-songwriter and rapper after finishing as the runner-up on The X Factor, where she became the first contestant to reach number one on the UK iTunes chart whilst on the show. Since then, she has established herself as one of the UK’s most respected and relatable broadcasters, known for hosting Hits Radio’s Breakfast and Saturday Morning Shows, as well as ITV’s The Void alongside Ashley Banjo. She has also appeared as a series presenter on Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway.In 2020, she launched the successful podcast The Reality of Reality TV, interviewing a range of celebrities about their experiences in the world of unscripted television. In 2022, Fleur competed in Strictly Come Dancing, where she finished as runner-up further cementing her place as one of the UK’s most versatile and well-loved entertainers.Tina’s story is one of resilience and empowerment. Fleur is honoured to make her West End debut playing such an incredible woman and hopes to inspire others through Tina’s story.
