We aim to be champions for the environment, constantly looking for ways we can make our theatres more sustainable.
We minimise negative environment impact as much as we can, whether by consolidating multiple stock deliveries into one to minimise air pollution, switching dressing room lights to LED bulbs to save energy, or encouraging our visitors to travel by public transport where possible.
How do we do it?
Biodegradable Cups
Made from PLA, a renewable material made from plants, our Vegware cups can be composted rather than adding to the global plastic waste crisis.
Eco-friendly Cleaning
Green Tick certified cleaning products are used throughout the theatre.
No Landfills
Any non-recyclable waste collected from the theatre is incinerated to produce green heat and electricity, so our waste could be heating your home!
Renewable Green Energy
Our building is powered by totally green energy, helping us to significantly reduce our carbon footprint.
