All e-tickets booked via the Nederlander Theatres or show websites should arrive by email from Nederlander Theatres UK within 24 hours of booking. Please check your junk mail if you cannot find this email.
If you booked via Nederlander but cannot find your ticket email, please log in to your account, where you can download your tickets. If you didn’t set up a password at the time of booking, or have forgotten it, use the ‘Forgot your password?’ button to set a new one.
If you purchased your tickets through a third-party website or app, you will need to contact them directly to retrieve your tickets. Alternatively, for all bookings where a mobile telephone number was provided, you will receive a text message on the day of the performance directly from the venue with a link to mobile tickets.
The Box Office is open Monday – Saturday from midday until 15 minutes after the performance begins.
It is closed on all non-performance days.
Our bars and auditorium will open 45 minutes before the show begins.
No. The Aldwych Theatre is a licensed premises and therefore personal alcohol cannot be consumed at the theatre.
Shows start promptly at the time advertised on the ticket. Latecomers will need to wait until the first suitable point to be seated.
The running time for TINA – The Tina Turner Musical is 2 hours and 45 minutes, including one interval.

There are toilet facilities on all levels.
Our Dress Circle is at ground level and best suited to those who require assistance whilst visiting the theatre. We would advise you to call our access line on 020 7836 5537 to ensure that all your needs are suitably met, or visit our access page for more information.
Yes, we have a cloakroom in the main foyer (opposite the Box Office) in which you can store any items which cannot fit under a a seat for a fee.
Only food bought on the premises can be eaten inside the auditorium.
You can book our Hampson Suite Hospitality during the ticket-booking process.
Please note that the cost of the Hampson Suite Hospitality is in addition to theatre tickets. You must purchase theatre tickets to have use of the Hampson Suite Hospitality.
We do not have a restaurant or café at the theatre. However, there are many excellent places to eat near the theatre and we are only a short distance from Covent Garden which has a large selection of restaurants, many of which offer pre-theatre menus.
We are part of a security network run by the Society of London Theatres, which helps to ensure that we are responding to up to date information. Regular security checks occur within the building and the surrounding area, while our numerous and continuously monitored external and internal CCTV cameras enable security personnel to respond quickly to any unusual activity.
Security is present throughout the day and enhanced during show time. Bag searches and random body scans using handheld devices are taking place on arrival, therefore we encourage patrons to arrive in plenty of time and to not bring large backpacks and suitcases to the theatre. Our Security team also carry portable body cameras which record visual and audio footage.
If you see anything that causes you concern while at the theatre, just speak to a member of staff and they will take the necessary action.
