Front of House Assistant - Aldwych Theatre
The Aldwych Theatre is looking for talented, enthusiastic, and motivated individuals to join our Front of House Team for TINA – The Tina Turner Musical.
Successful candidates should be self-motivated with a flexible and dynamic approach to the role, they should demonstrate outstanding customer service, teamwork, communication, and sales technique. Previous experience working Front of House is not essential and we welcome candidates with a background in customer care and experience in driving sales.
The contract offered is a show contract based on a minimum of 30 hours across eight shows, Sunday to Saturday and involves afternoon and evening work. Applicants must be available to work all eight shows (click here to see the current shift schedule for this role).
As this role involves serving alcohol, applicants must be aged 18 or over.
Please note that TINA – The Tina Turner Musical contains scenes that some people may find uncomfortable (including scenes of domestic violence).
Salary: £11.05 per hour

Front of House Assistant - Dominion Theatre
The Dominion Theatre is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Front of House Team for Elf the Musical (15 November 2023 - 6 January 2024).
Successful applicants should demonstrate outstanding customer service, teamwork, communication and sales technique, and must be willing to work both in the auditorium and as a bar assistant.
Previous experience working Front of House or in theatre is not essential and we welcome candidates with a background in customer care and experience in driving sales.
The contract offered is a show contract based on a minimum of 30 hours across eight shows, Sunday - Saturday and involves afternoon and evening work. Applicants must be available to work all eight shows. The week-to-week schedule changes throughout the run, so please do consult the full show schedule here before committing to applying.

Box Office Clerk (Casual) - Aldwych Theatre
The Aldwych Theatre is looking to recruit a dedicated, enthusiastic, and highly motivated individual to join their Box Office team on a casual basis.
The successful applicant should be able to deal promptly and professionally with all ticketing requests and provide excellent customer service to all customers of the theatre, maintaining the highest standard of presentation, and demonstrating a positive team-orientated approach.
Box office experience is not essential, and we would welcome applications from people with sales, reception and customer service backgrounds.
The contract offered is a zero hour (casual) contract, to provide cover as required in the Box Office. Cover may be requested in advance or at short notice, with no obligation to accept work. This role involves evening and weekend work.
Salary: £12.75 per hour

Show Crew Deputy - Aldwych Theatre
The Aldwych Theatre is looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals, who work well within a team, to join us as Deputies for our Show Crew, to help cover performances of TINA – The Tina Turner Musical.
The successful applicant should demonstrate excellent teamwork skills, an ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently, and an enthusiasm for live entertainment. Previous experience working in a Stage Crew is not essential and we welcome candidates with a background in manual handling, carpentry and maintenance.
The contract offered is a zero hour (casual) contract, to provide crew cover during illness and holiday. Cover may be requested in advance or at short notice, with no obligation to accept work.
Salary: £72.49 per show (plus additional £44.99 per week if all shows in the week have been worked)
